Nautilus Inc. NLS, +3.77% is recalling about 7,300 treadmills, as they can start on their own, posing a fall hazard. Shares of the exercise equipment maker fell 1.3% in morning trading. The T616 and T618 treadmills being recalled was made in China and sold at Best Buy Co. Inc. BBY, -2.84% , Walmart Inc. WMT, -1.05% and other stores, and sold online on Nautilus' and Amazon.com Inc.'s AMZN, -4.15% websites, from April 2021 through November 2021. Nautilus said on the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission's website that the T616 models were sold for about $1,150 and the T618s were sold for about $1,500. The treadmills were being recalled after Nautilus received 21 reports that the treadmills self started, but no injuries were reported. Nautilus stock has plunged 61.5% year to date, while the SP 500 SPX, -2.38% has lost 13.7%.
